Consider this sampler platter of meditative practice.
Drawing inspiration from a variety of spiritual traditions, each session we explore a different meditative doorway: music, poetry, body prayer, sacred text, guided imagery, and more. Then we rest in 10 minutes of sacred silence where we open ourselves to Spirit.
You’ll also have time for journaling, reflection, and sharing. Practicing sacred silence with others is a beautiful opportunity to deepen your experience in an encouraging environment.
